C1095 close grain, 12.7 mm (½”) wide High Carbon Spring Steel Feeler Gage and Thickness Gage are made from the highest quality steel. 1095 offers a mix of high strength and hardness and is ground and polished to meet very precise tolerances. It also has high durability and retains its shape well.
Offered in 12.7 mm (½”) X 304.6 mm (12”) and 3.048 m (10 ft) coils in sizes from .0254 mm (.001) thru 1.016 mm (.040). Heavier thicknesses up to 3.175 mm (.125”) are available in 12.7 mm (½”) X 304.6 mm (12”) strips. All feeler gage products have the thicknesses clearly electrochemically etched on every piece with both decimal and metric equivalent.
