Delivery Times:
Delivery times may very depend on product. Typical delivery is 1-3 days unless otherwise agreed upon for special orders. Freight terms are FOB Burr Ridge, IL; freight collect.
Prices and Availability are subject to change. All order quantities are subject to a shipping tolerance of plus or minus 10 percent (+/-10%). All non-stock, custom cut or slit materials is non-returnable and non-refundable unless there was an error on the part of Trinity Brand.
Return & Refund Policy:
TBI must be notified within 7 days of receipt of material or the return will not be accepted. TBI will issue a Return Authorization. This number must be marked on the outside of the package. Please include a copy of the packing list or invoice as proof of purchase. The material must be in original packaging, in good condition and shipped back to Trinity Brand Industries, 280 Shore Drive, Burr Ridge, IL. 60527.
Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise or they will not be accepted. Materials returned after 30 days from date of shipment will be for credit only. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
